ALTEAINVEST undertakes
valuations of apartments, chalets, business premises, buildings, either completed or under
construction, plots and land, which are at the very least useful, if not invaluable for
business means, such as calculation of share allowances for Limited or Bearer Companies,
fusion or division of companies, suspension of payments and bankruptcies, etc. Valuations
can also be invaluable for fiscal reasons (expert contradictory valuations, evidence of
value, calculations for capital gains tax, etc.), and for promoters and developers (land
valuations, project viability studies etc.).

individuals (separations, divorces, inheritances, expropriations etc.),

The valuations of the
properties are undertaken using specific guidelines and should you require, can be
submitted for conformity by the Official College of Real Estate Agents, for official use
in the courts, for the Tax Authorities or other official organisations.
ALTEAINVEST calculates the market value (the
net amount which an owner could expect to receive for the sale of the property following
adequate marketing on the date of the valuation), the cost of replacement
(total of the amounts necessary to 'replace' the property with one of equal
characteristics), the net, or actual cost of replacement (the
replacement value after deducting the physical and functional depreciation of the
property), the maximum legal value (the maximum sale price of a
property subject to state subsidies) and the legal valuation
(the valuation which legally corresponds to the type of property).
